I can't say from experience, having only sucked one cock, but I've read a fair bit, and diet is a factor. Smoking, drinking alcohol or coffee, eating dairy, onions and garlic make it thick and salty, however, water and fruits make it thinner and sweeter. Hence partly why I don't really drink alcohol or eat onions and garlic much anymore, and lactose intolerance helps with dairy
