Keep on having Nightmares

Ok so probably for about a year now I've been suffering with nightmares quite a lot... I don't know why, life is good and I'm not really that stressed out about anything, I'm quite relaxed.

Just wondering if there was any people that have gone through a similar situation or best advice to give?

so near and yet so far....

Mmm I've been having dreams where I'm in a barrel and it's gone over the top of a waterfall, if not that it's always water related....

I dont think I'm stressed, I'd like life to change but I also know I can't influence that...

What are your nightmares about?

Are they always in the same theme ?

really random things... One thing in particular is loosing my dog... Maybe it's because I'm so close to him?

Maybe time for a bit of a health check for the pair of you

Get our jogging together or something exercise helps and seeing him more active and strong will maybe put your subconscious mind at ease

ive had a few dreams and nightmares i can still recall now as they were that vivid - i think when youre not relaxed and your mind doesnt switch off is when you have the most - but they say we always dream just unaware most of the time

This will sound wierd but bright screens within close prox to your face gives you nightmares like being on your phone or laptop for hours in bed in a dark room, try adjusting your brightness i found if i avoid playing on my phone at night i dont get them.

I think these kind of dreams show that, although you think you are not stressed, there are things bothering you.

We're not supposed to look at these things for at least 25 mins before bed.
