Ok so I've been turned down a few times now because I have a beard... Now I'm thinking do I change to suit other people or just see it as their loss?

We have been turned down because I have pubic hair. I won't remove it completely to suit a meet and don't think you should remove your beard.

If we're not acceptable as we are then we clearly aren't suitable for each other.

With reference to the post earlier about someone insisting on someone being clean shaven with no stubble, I have done this before but purely because I have really sensitive skin and it burns like hell.

That slightly longer stubble/beard is soft enough to not bother me though.

Just find the beard lovers and it's easy. If someone had sensitive skin at the time, or a rash, I can see them not meeting. Or a married female cheating might not want to have tell tale beard impressions on her skin.

Keep searching and perhaps ask sensitively why someone wouldn't meet you, though that is usually a no-go, after being rejected, as it could be seen as being a nuisance. Maybe they'll hint at their reasons. Otherwise we can only guess etc.

TBH, I have turned down meets even though I had nothing lined up and no one was taking the bait. If for instance, your tits were smaller than my balls, it wouldn't happen. If you were shorter than my chest height, ......

Now to the main thread: sometimes you just have to breathe iiin and outttt. Dread locks, tatts, smoking, skin colour, height, etc are some of the choices you can make in terms of selecting meets.

Nothing can change the past. But the suggestion that he should see himself as unsatisfactory generally simply for having a beard is rather risible.

It could well be one of a million reasons or just bad luck. But the only real advice is perseverance and patience.

Beards are not exactly avant garde or niche. They are widely accepted as facial decorations. People are within their rights to not like a beard and turn people down based on the presence of facial fungus but that does not mean the owner of said dial should be made to feel like they are deficient.

I use to have no beards written on my profile, I just didn't like kissing santa sorry

however a guy with a beard hunted me down came to a club to meet me as saw I was going, we had a laugh about my beardism, and got on so well, he had a neat beard, he totally changed my mind and we met loads times for over a year, even this year he came to a club to catch up and be socialable with me and some friends

In the past ive always turned down guys with a beard. Met guys with a bit of stubble until I met one with a beard. Nice guy, in all departments, but as I cant see yours I cant really comment on it. Not that you asked for comments, I know.

Never say never to me possibly meeting a bearded guy again, depends on the beard though.

personally I cant stand many of the crazes that are going on..and beards are one of them...as well as stupid fashion orientated hairstyles that look a fucking mess..literally.

people appear to be trying to show how unique they are by following a fashion...

I send two face pics, one with a beard and one without. If I get a comment saying "eeeew beard!" I'll reply, "you're in luck, just shaved it" and then go and shave it if a drink was secured.

I had a CDT teacher in school who always had food (i hope) on his! I always think big thick bushy beards would be great for hiding things in and a lot of people look amazing with them. Abe Lincoln, Santa, george clooney , gandalf, darwin, jim morrison, john lennon.

I did get freaked out when the good looking girl on the kids programme "queens nose" grew a beard. That changed my teenage bedtime routine!
