I have tried this and on its own I didn't find it that exciting or pleasurable. I have also tried it with a e-stim sound, which can keep the electrically stimulated area to a small area around the embedded tip. When used coupled with a suitable anal electrode it produces a very intense prostate stimulation which I found much more satisfying.

If anyone is contemplating using sounds please do some research first as you really need to know how to get things sterile and minimise the chances of contaminating them whilst in use. Urethral infections really are best avoided.

Best way to sterilise I found is to boil water and put them in a tall glass then let them cool or run them under cold water as they get really hot, works for surgeons works for me

I personally would never trust somthing like this from eBay.
