Demanding face pics WITHOUT face picsof your own.

Many profiles here have people (men, women and couples alike) demanding face pics without having blanked-out pics or no pics at all on their profiles.

Does it annoy you or if you're an offender, why do you do it?

I think it is a bit rich, but maybe we are missing a trick, just send them a face pic of David Hasselhoff... after all they didn't say it must be your face pic

Personally I just don't bother with them unless they msg me first with a pic of something.

I do not have face pics on my profile and I do ask to see a face pic first but then send one in return once I have seen theirs, like a lot of people on here it is done for security reasons and I will not arrange a meet unless I have seen the other persons face pic

It does'nt annoy me,I just avoid demanding profiles full stop

If im chatting to someone I think I may want to meet ill send them a face pic,most guys I chat to will send one straight away or have them on their profile anyway

if someone asks me for a pic and they aint got one.

first thing i point out is that and i'll send one when i hear back from them.

and guess what? they never come back.

But if you don't like them, do you delete them without them never having an idea of what you look like? Other people like their privacy too.

Not having a dig but people put themselves out there. Just feel it needs to be respected.

No I always send a pic as promised with a message saying that I'm sorry but they are not for me, if I am not attracted to them

There is nothing wrong with someone wanting to see a face picture and work out if the other person is uglier than them! It cuts down on environmental waste and the need for 2 paper bags with holes in them.

How do you know they don’t have any pics though? That’s the problem, unless of course you asked. It’s only if they are set to public or friends they show on profiles, someone could have 20 private pics and the profile would look like they have none.

we always ask for and send face pics, unfortunately there is no proof that they are of the same person though - the last meet we had either the guy had had a very rough last week or two or his picture had been taken at least 15 years before! btw the pics we send out until last week were taken in September the latest only last week - you either luv us or hate us lol

If I came across a profile where the author used dialogue which included a list of demands rather than a list of requests or personal preferences,,,,, I might spend about a billionth of a second transfixed in wonderment at the sheer audacity,,,, but then I’d quickly move on to thinking about something worthwhile…. i have pics on profile but only send face pics to people once ive established i dont know them. because of who my family are and my job i cant have just anyone seeing me! so its not me being shallow i'm just covering my own back! sorry if it annoys anyone but i do send my face pics after seeing the other persons!

It seems us single guys are expected to have face pics on our profiles, but single fems and couples are allowed to get away with it for "privacy" reasons.

Doesn't really bother me any more, I guess it's the laws of supply and demand.

I'm happy to have a face pic on my profile, and to be fair, most people I strike up a conversation with volunteer a pic within the first few messages.

Still get a bit irked by profiles that state in capitals "no face pic no reply" yet there's just a black silhouette on their own profile. I wouldn't mind a teaser pic, be it chest, stomach, bottom or legs!

Thats not quite the way we see it. If you want to put a face pic on public display or keep it in your private pics is entirely up to you. What we do however expect is if we are approached a face pic is attached to your message. Like Evesham Girl has already said the "I'll send you a pic via mobile phone" just doesn't wash and as for those who are willing to send pics via msn but say it is to risky via the site, do they not understand that it is all web based with the same risks?
