Help!!!

Can I take sex toys in my hand luggage? Are there any banned items or restrictions? Any advice on avoiding the embarrassment of my bag being searched x

I have seen a video when a sex toy came up on the scanner and they thought it was a gun ha, x

There is no way to avoid a search. It's either your turn or it's not.

As for the embarrassment, bear in mind security and customs officials will probably have seen it all by now.

As a friend of a customs official, so long as it's clean they don't care. He's told me some horror stories!

Assuming it's just 'regular' toys (dildos & vibes) then yes but expect to get your bag searched and swabbed. Anything that could be used as a weapon (metal toys or spikes) will probably be confiscated. Lubes in over 100ml containers will also be barred.

If it is a dildo, consider carrying it internally. It also probably adds to the joys of turbulence.... and if the worst happens, it gives the coroner a cracking story for the works Christmas do

It's just a weekend away, so being tight we haven't paid the extra for hold luggage.

Yep vibrating dildo and was hoping to take one of the smaller paddles.

I'm thinking maybe I'll need to leave the bed restraints at home x
