Everytime I see the abrieviation for couple, ie cpl, I read it as corporal, I guess it will just take time.

ex Royal Navy,Leading Rate.

It seems that way because of the uniforms. There will be traffic wardens too but they will keep quiet about it.

Yeah, and working in London and Leeds. Work is 90% tedious and and we need cheering up.

Don't blame them for swinging, recall how difficult it was to get sex on camp when I was in... happy memories of climbing in my Army nurse girlfriend's bedroom window in the evening then out again before dawn. maybe it's different now but in the 70s and 80s it was "no sex please, we're the forces!" (G)

My mate had gotten an ivitation to the quarnn's nurses block in an m.o.d hospital, he was having a great time late at night with some of the horny nurses there, then they heard the commander or chief staff nurse coming along the hallway.

He had to get out quick and jump from the second floor or all would be on a charge. He jumped and broke both ankles when he landed.

He had to say he had crawled all the way there to get help after an accident as the on duty nurses carried him away.

That reminds me of us. We were both in the RAF. Jez snuck into my block after my 18th piss up. Both so d*unk. He needed to pee but thankfully I had a singleman room so he always use to pee out the window. I was on the fist floor. This night he nearly pee'd on the duty sergant's head as he was checking our block after finding several women in the male block. We were lucky and didn't get caught. The following morning at 5am they called an exercise. We were both still d*unk and so were most of my workmates as they were helping me celebrate! They put me on phone duties with a bed in the same room. I slept through the entire exercise!!! The good old days!

My House

We live in a military town and our experience of them had been quite disappointing. From no shows, wanting to meet alone etc. So now we no longer look for them like we used to do.

Being ex Army myself, I believe that a lot of serving and ex squaddies are more than comfortable in getting their kit off in front of others (not so sure about the Blue Jobs or Matelots!). And, to this day, I will always react to the shout of 'Naked Bar!!!!'

Oh! how I agree with Brazilian, I live in Plymouth and their are plenty of RM comandos to choose from.

It may be of interest but in the 70's my hubby was part of the MOD police when they broke up the big "Escort" action that was being run at Colchester barracks!! Does anyone remember the signal in the windows with a packet of OMO! it stood for "old man out!!!

You aare right TOONCPL,My other half was being discreet when she said I was part of the MOD who put the mockers on the "Escort" activity, it was what wee would now call a den of iniquity, there were loads of wives involved, and hubbies were being recalled from all over the world, as Toon says the families officer really had to earn his pay for the next six months. The NOTW blew the action wide open, damn their "investigative reporters"!!!!!
