if offering suggestions to the OP on preperation ... try having a very spicy curry a few hours before hand (preferably one that was once heated thru then left in the fridge for a couple of days before heating it up agai ... that should do the trick

If your using a douche or an enema you need to make sure you use lube lube lube. I've found one in supository form that disolves internally takes 30 mins to work but lasts for about 6 hours. Pop it in well before your anal session and your ready to go. And no mess

Enema's are advisable if you want to reduce the chance of embarrassment and stop things potentially getting messy.
