Maid to suffer

My Mistress is having dress up as a slutty maid this weekend and clean the house. To make it entertaining for her, and more difficult for me, she will be teasing and torturing me while I work. E.g. putting nipple clamps on me or butt plugging me or having me hold a chocolate in my mouth and not eat it or hobbling my ankles and tying my hands together.

She wonders if fabbers can come up with any other ideas to make it difficult and painful to get my tasks done quickly. Ideas?
