I suffer from 'VCS'= vertical cock syndrome.

I'm the same. And it can be quite painful to have it pulled down to 90 degrees. Cowgirl position is great, but if they lean back too far, I start sitting up to compensate! A bit if pain helps to keep things going a bit longer though.
