Or wearing nothing but an overly large (on them) man's crisp formal shirt...ideally, white, pale blue or pink...dark colours don't do it for some reason

I reckon its because of the association...if a sexy woman is dressed in nothing but a man's shirt then everyone assumes (quite rightly in most cases) that she has just spent the night (or afternoon for that matter) shagging the man who the shirt actually belongs too!!
