meet gone wrong

derbyshire or localish

ok for the last couple of weeks we were chatting to a single guy, seemed nice enough and in the end agreed to meet him,so we turned up at his and when we got there he had a mate round who he had invited to join us ,there was NO mention of this prior to meeting, was meant to be just us and him...and to be fair his mate was deff not our type to put it politely.none the less we were annoyed that he had asked his mate round and not asked us first if we were ok with it.well we did not play and eventualy we left.he then mails us ltr saying we were timewasters, turning up then not playing...cheek...had he not took the liberty to ask extra person along without discussing it with us first things could have been diffrent.his messages sent since meeting have been quite rude too so i guess we seen the real him, glad we didnt play now.

He obviously did not give a shit how it would make u feel... what made him think that you would be interested in his mate... what cause ur on here u would do it with anything??? I find that the height of bad manners - you should report them and block him

At the end of the day u could have known this other guy... or worse still he could have been a physco at least with a profile there is some come back if something goes wrong...

Good for u!! but to be honest I would have reported him... it put you both in a vulnerable position you knew nothing about this other guy, with verifications it is classed as a "web of trust" this other guy had nothing... Glad u have blocked him

Sounds like an ass, fancy asking a friend around, that's horrible hope you gave him a piece of your mind, you was right to block him, I did meet a couple once who invited another couple too which I was unaware of, that pissed me right off they should never presume anything

He should have asked you first. That's not fair on you. We wouldn't have gone through the front door.

Happens wi couples too...

We arranged a meet with a seemingly nice couple and we were told at last minute they had invited another couple too. So we cancelled.

They mailed again asking to re-arrange, so reluctantly we did. Five mins after saying we would meet, they had a 'swing date' (so not from this site, lol) on asking for another couple to join them and us. WTF? We told them were meeting them as a 4some or nothing, so they removed the swing date.

Anyhoo.... on the meet, sat in the pub with them to be told out the blue, that the 'other couple' were delayed. We were like, what the fuck? Are you really thick or just acting it? They, or should I say he hadnt told the other couple we were there either! The other couple turned around while en-route once they found out what was afoot!

Anyhoooooooo.... the night was ended by me (Steve) in their bathroom with a scrubbing brush and bleach on my fingers..... but thats another story!

S.

You're fortunate there was the two of you: single females have posted they've gone to meet a single guy in a hotel room to be met by a group!

Why someone would do that is beyond me but I don't understand what people expect Admin to do with these calls to "report" him!

All you can do is block and don't assume all single guys are like that: they're not!

The main reason I would report is due to the fact that it put them in a very vulnerable position - what if he decided to tell his mate to go wait in the bedroom and come out once it kicked off... or again for the lone female to help protect them... at least if you inform admin that there were peeps not only in the house but in the same room they are aware if it happens again... it is not right - Web of trust should mean everything on a swinging site this guy had none...

What a rude disrespectful arse! What on earth did he think he was doing and what did he take you both for?

The more I read these forums the more I realise how many dickheads there are around!

I still find it hard to believe that blokes send one liners as messages but that's another topic altogether.

Please remember though, us blokes aren't all the same

This is why I always meet for a cuppa first, in a public place, and go by my instincts.

So right about "web of trust". When we started swinging I always feared this but since having so many good meets it does not really enter my mind.

Perhaps a timely reminder for many of how low peeps can go.

"This is why I always meet for a cuppa first, in a public place, and go by my instincts."

Likewise: ALWAYS meet socially first in a public place, and never in hotels. I've been able to out a few freaks before I've even taken a sip of my drink!

"i think in a situation like that it should be name and shame in case he dose get a single female to meet him (and his friend) god knows what would happen "

I know there is going to be a good case for name and shame here but I'd still feel very uneasy...

but you are right.... that could have been a group of people and something awful could have happened.... even though we are all adults there still have to be some "essence of care" from the website...... but other than the website blocking both the profile and the IP address there isn't a great deal that could be done...

but it just does make you think about your own personal care a but further....

What an absolute terrrr-wat. Not only were his actions incredibly presumptuous but they were downright bloody stupid!

I hope you didn't travel far for this meet, or have to go to the trouble of arranging childcare, etc...

After having a cheeky perv over your pictures, the guy must be an idiot to have given up the opportunity of playing with you guys. What a fool.
