We usually wink if there is someone we really believe could be involved in MMF for us, or if he really took my fancy and I think he could be brilliant as a single male for our parties.

There's always a reason for a wink remember... So act on it!!

But how would someone act on it, if they block single men from contacting that person.

Many don't realize that when they tick the 'not looking for single men' option, that blocks singles from contacting them, no matter whether you winked or not. :O

If someone winks I would have thought you could unless they block you specifically. I don't know

I thought if they initiate contact either a wink or message you could reply... I'm pretty sure that's what I read when I set my filters..

No they can't. When one tries to wink / message them, the site automatically restricts the singles from contacting them.

All that's left to do then (With a glimmer of hope that is) is to fab their pictures hoping they could at least send a message or something.

Yes we found that out only yesterday after nearly s year on the site when we were talking in forums and someone said you'll have to change your filters. We had them all set to only couples could contact us.

If they message you can you message back though? If you have no means of contacting them then you tried your hardest so it's their loss isn't it! If they really were interested they would change their settings to message you directly.

Nah, people forget. There are couples who have put up meets in my area who have single guys blocked, even though the meets say single guys welcome. I just scroll on, nothing I can do about it besides fabbing pics, and that just says I had a good wank

It's a strange one I mean some people constantly look at your profile and occasionally wink but you can not contact them ......maybe it's a tease thing or motivational to change wether you can accommodate or not ...x

Well according to the site you should be able to mail them...

"PS. The filters don't apply and still people can message you if you...

Have mailed someone before (so if you mail someone you have otherwise filtered, they can reply)

???Winked at someone (because if you wink we figure they should be able to reply)???

Have them as a friend (because that makes sense)"

Not really sure, but I assume once you send them a message, they can contact you if they reply to it.

If it works that way, then it gives that little bit of control towards contacting people who you'd be really interested in.

Otherwise, all that's left is to change the settings temporarily and contact them x

Do their pics have a lot of fabs already? This might be their way of getting loads of fabs.

Message Filters

Filters are a useful way of ensuring YOU only get messages from people you want to hear from.

You have active filters

Your filters mean that people must be all the following to message you:

Can't be single men (account type Male)

Can't be TV/TS/CD (account type TV/TS/CD)

Can't be male couples (account type MM Couple)

Change your filters:

Ages: Any age can mail you

Your preference is for ages 18-62 but you're not blocking other ages from mailing you. Block anyone who isn't 18-62

Females (yes, they can mail you) Block them

Males (no, they're blocked) Allow them

MF Couples (male and female) (yes, they can mail you) Block them

TV/TS/CD (no, they're blocked) Allow them

FF Couples (two females) (yes, they can mail you) Block them

MM Couples (two males) (no, they're blocked) Allow them

Not verified or (yes, they can mail you) block them

Newbies (yes, they can mail you) block them

Not got public photos on profile (yes, they can mail you) block them

Not a site supporter (yes, they can mail you) block them

Copied from message filters ...

PS. The filters don't apply and still people can message you if you...

Have mailed someone before (so if you mail someone you have otherwise filtered, they can reply)

Winked at someone (because if you wink we figure they should be able to reply)

Have them as a friend (because that makes sense)
