Despite scening in bdsm and like what others would consider a little obscure, this is not at all acceptable for me, not even from R.

Great reply. What people need to remember and be respectful of is even in the realms of BDSM people tastes differ. Just because you're submissive doesn't mean you're one kind of submissive.
