I travelled to Scotland to meet. 3 hour drive.

Drive to Essex to meet FB. That's around a 4 half hour drive.

We travelled to Essex for a meet a few months back. Nearly 200 miles each way. Never again.

So far, about 3+ hours for a spur of the moment overnight visit, after chatting for several hours- totally worth it and still friends with her now she's gone to the vanilla side.

The thing that bothers me about that is what if you had driven for 3 hours and didn't like them in the flesh or them you, that's a hell of a way for a coffee just to turn round and come back home again

Totally worth it. I'd been chatting for a little with the guy from scotland. Decided to take a last minute day off worn and travel up. The guy from Essex we had been talking a fair while on fab. Now meet regular so it's all good

North West

If we can walk it it's too close.

If we can drive it in half an hour, ideal.

Nothing more than 45 mins in the car really.

That gives us a chance to re-cap/laugh about it/talk and get horny (depending on how it went) on the way home.

I don't really see what difference it makes how far you travel as long as you turn up and like eachother ,what else matters

It would really depend on the person and the chemistry. A fairly long trip could turn into a naughty weekend.

I suppose it would vary too depending on someone's mode of travel.

Just a complete nightmare from start to finish. Didn't help that our "meet" preferred the thought of the beer garden to the hotel room????

You can have all the chemistry online phone whatever but when u meet can be flat as a pancake would be a massive let down if you travelled so far but then on the other hand could have the best meet ever...

Depends of how much of a ris taker you are

If someone is intending to travel its prob a good idea to have a back up plan (i.e find some interesting things near by), use it as a chance to see a different part of the country.
