Does age really matter

Should age really matter in this age of equality? 50 year olds only looking for younger models what is wrong with your peers? pot bellies? overweight? past it?

Whilst I wouldn't be into meeting someone as young as my kids, younger or older doesn't or shouldn't matter, many a good tune played on an old fiddle as they say.

You've kinda just answered your own question. Age matters to you because you wouldn't meet someone as young as your kids.

It matters to some, it doesn't matter to others.

Age shouldn't matter to the rest of us but it does to you?

Age does matter to me, I have certain preferences and they often preclude certain age groups.....my choice and I won't be told that it shouldn't matter.

I am of a certain age and absolutely accept that lots of people won't want to meet me because of it.

Age is a number, people are real. I accept that people have preferences but it is a little galling when you click send message to be told you cant because your outside the age group lol

I don't understand this way of thinking. Why concentrate on the people who's preferences exclude you? If you search by age requirement (I think you can do that) and read a profile before messaging you should be able to avoid seeing that galling message

I assumed that since fab has a lower limit of 18 they were over to be honest.

That is true, I must just live in wrong part of country, my local searches return blanks so have to look at people on line locally lol

Aye only matters to those outside the age range it seems.

Many a fine tune on a fiddle indeed but as always it depends on how the fiddle in question has aged.

Hold my hand up, fair cop. I don't go the gym or take steroids to look like muscle man. that said I think I have a better body than a lot of men half my age and just as much stamina and expect to pleasure my partner first lol Forgot to say, I am fit n active, certainly not ready for the bath chair any time soon lol.

I think every thread on age seems to be this way. OP has preferences, but anyone else can't.

OP, maybe (somewhat relating to what you say about your kids) there are people on here not wanting to meet people their parents age?? T x

Very few people meet or have realistic ambitions of the age group they'd like to meet in their fantasies anyway .... in my experience.

It's essentially a site for dreamers.

Well I have a lower limit of not wanting anyone young enough that I could be his mother... That just creeps me out mentally... Plus I like to click with someone and that usually happens when you have the same cultural references etc which usually means someone of the same age...
