Shy single gentleman and clubs

I've read a few posts and replies with regards to etiquette and rules that single guys should follow when attending clubs.

The problem that i have however and i like to think im not alone on this; is if you are generally and genuinely shy?

I struggle to talk to women and engage in conversation at normal bars over a drink so what chance does the shy single gentleman have at a club?

Meeting someone online, breaking the ice and aranging a meet is my way forward!

Any suggestions will be most welcome

Cambridge

We are the same so its not just single guys who have this problem. Because of this we are changing the way we play in clubs and just using them as a location for pre-arranged meets from here. Maybe that would work for you too?

That used to work for me too. Good luck OP.

Near enough

As someone who is genuinely shy and lacks confidence I have learnt one simple thing... leave it at the door, put a smile on your face and say hi. You don't have to open with 'fancy a fuck' but a simple hi, a smile and a compliment always goes down well.

First time I went to a club I was terrified, no joke i was screaming on the inside, I'm not the sort to say hello first but it helped being at a newbie night, so at least could ask the question of 'is this your first time too?' immediate ice breaker, and to say we've been bouncing off each other ever since would be an understatement

Good luck and enjoy
