does my head in. Had not meeting, for 2 months on my profile and I've had more meet requests than when my profile was visible with like a huge page of stuff to read.

Tell them I'm not meeting, so they ask for phone sex or chat, I tell them to go back and read the profile.

It's ridiculous, it's very easy to read my few lines, but nobody can bother to read it.

I won't justify why I still use the site, before anyone on the thread asks.

the phone doesn't help, because guys will go straight to the pictures, whereas on desktop, the profile text is more visible.

Yep, the norm on here, lost count of the number of married smokers who cannot accommodate who live 200+ miles away messaging me! I just delete them without reply as stated in my profile but they wouldn't know that as they clearly didn't read it!

It's pretty easy to see when someone hasn't bothered to read our profile at all. Around 50% of our messages fall into the above.

It doesn't annoy us anymore, as Scarlett says, its a useful filter.

Now fair play my profile is quite the essay but the most important information is in the first paragraph e.g Can't meet at short notice and won't meet with my kids in my care. Can anyone guess what I get asked for more than a thing else?

I have problems with couples not reading my profile. And it's about the shortest profile on Fab (unless you upgrade to Platinum).

So it's not just the men.

I don't think it's that they can't read profiles,more so,won't read profiles.

And even if they do,many just ignore the text they think doesn't apply to them.

Yea you do get a lot of "I've read that you don't (blank), BUT (blankety blank) " type messages as if they will always be the exception
