Something to remember is that the stupidly expensive "sex" ones are exactly the same internally - just dressed up in a different colour plastic.

So - yes you can use "other" accessories that may be available.

Boots do a 4 pad one that will take the same pads and attachments form those available on LH or AS - the leads are the same size ends.

Don't pay lots for the pads - again Boots online do offered where you can get 3 sets for about £8

I have one but it's for pain relief. I'm not sure how it gets rid of the pain but the lovely repetative tap tapping works well
