Hello all

I just wondered how many married ladies here are looking for some extra fun for one reason or another. We all have our reasons I'm sure - mine is that my wife no longer wants or needs sex. But I still do. Dont suggest leaving her etc I dont want that, just some horny discrete fun now and again.

Hurrah for blatant honesty.

I think there are lots of reasons people look for casual sex outwith a marriage and quite frankly those reasons are no-one else's business.

Walk a mile in those shoes etc.

I do, however, appreciate honesty and I'd much rather someone was completely straight about the fact that they're married than lied about it. Then I can make an informed choice as to whether I want to meet that person or not.

There are a load of people who don't care either way so I hope you have fun along the way.

There are a lot of married couples on here, though ... so the women in them are an option? I totally understand if someone is into NSA, there would be less chance that they are looking for a relationship if they are married and swinging, either with their partner or not, so it sort of keeps people in their place and less likely to get emotional ties ... I think few women will admit to being married and on here without their partner's knowledge

Do you not think it is fair that she has a choice, or do you think what she doesn't know can't hurt her?

OP there are some very successful married people on Fabs, they co-habit alongside the swingers and just get on with it.

We meet a lot of "we are married - but not to each other", when meeting "couples" in swinging situations.

Have to laugh - general hopelessness of it all...

The negative view is "infidelity"

The positive view is - don't break up a marriage just because those in it cannot get the sex they need - that is pointless -- whole view of the "stupidity" of advocating organised separations where the nebulous "grass is greener in other fields" realities mean why not simply stay together but shag around... Much more human and lovely.

well this is certainly an interesting topic. Didn't expect to get anyone reading this when i posted it yesterday ! Yes there are a few who want to take the moral high ground on here - which to me seems odd as I dont think this website is particularly moral in itself. Everyone's circumstances is different. I just need some horny fun which I'm not getting thats all.

We agree totally honest is best, just as you do. But the question is should that same honesty not extend to your unknowing partner?

This isn't about having a go or taking high moral ground. It is about the saying that you yourself used;

'Honesty is best'

We have tried not to appear judgemental or anything else, just asking the question.

The fact that the person is on here without their partners knowledge obviously means that discussion with said partner is not an option. Honesty is best in this case relates to the interaction with members of this site. In regards to honesty with their partner. That is for the individual alone. If someone comes on here and specifically asks for advice then feel free to offer it. If someone has come on here they have already gone down the path of infidelity, or at the very least committed to do so. It then boils down to the original point that you replied too. People make an educated choice about whether they will meet the person or not.

Unfortunately not all do. I have it clear on my profile I'm not interested in married/attached men but still some try. Easy to work out in the end but it wastes both our time. Personally, I'd prefer people to put it in their profile but having seen the way some are treated for it on here, I totally understand why they don't.

I've put it in my profile. I used to always say in a message what the situation was but now I just think what's the point. If it's on my profile and people want to judge me for it so be it.

My partner is away for rather extended periods at a time and I enjoy sex. Going over 8 months without it I find rather hard though I think it is more interaction I miss. So whilst I love my partner, don't want to hurt her but appreciate this is risky, I don't want to split up every time she heads off for extended periods.

We did discuss open relationships before, I said I was worried she'd grow emotional attachment. Sadly a few years ago during one stint away she did have sex with someone a few times but it came around due to feelings and oh my that situation got messy.

Some will say if I truly did love her I'd be celibate, maybe I should be. Due to other life events I sometimes go with the notion why should I deny myself of something I really enjoy.

Anyway I've got it on my profile now so I will await to face a little of this abuse, which hasn't happened.....yet....

I'm sort of in the same situation and always tell people upfront to see if the fact I'm married does not affect them. I think honesty is the best way. Hiding the fact and lying about it will not get anyone any further then getting banned....

Agreed, but some people think honesty between husband and wife should be very high on anyone's list.

Some people say they cheat to keep their families together. Some people think the spouse should be involved in the decision of a partner seeking sex elsewhere. No one ever died through lack of sex. Infidelity destroys families though. Hence why feelings sometimes run high.

We personally feel no-one has the right to take away someone else's choices no matter who they are. We feel that is just selfish. Just our opinion, however isn't that what a Forum is for?

Same message we guess, but just not voiced so aggressively.
