Meeting people in other cities

So wondering if you guys can help. I travel a little for my job to Cambridge and struggling to meet ladies in the area to develop connections with when I'm there.

I know the easiest thing would be to go to clubs in area but as someone who isn't overly confident regarding going as a single bloke how else could I develop the connections?

Am i being stupid and missing an obvious tool on fab to help with this. Or is it more the fact I'm only there three/four times a year the bigger issue?

Be gentle or of you can't be gentle at least be funny

You're in the same boat as many other people. Just keep on sending out polite well written messages to people you would like to meet and one day you may get a reply. Don't get disheartened when you don't get a reply, you can't have everything you want in life!

Ta lad. Totally understand the single blokes life on here and my expectations are low. . Just wasn't sure if i was missing a tool on the site. Just dont get the local updates so can't see people... Maybe i should change my local ahead if visiting!

Do that. Change your postcode to the other area and you will show up in those local updates. Some people don't like people that travel... some do...
