Not much you can do really, sudocrem helps but it's par for the course sometimes. Take solace in the fact that the more you do it, the less likely you are to tear again - talking from experience here.

Key question is, did you enjoy it though?

I've found pure lanolin heals cuts quick. Pop to chemist. If they don't have a pot of pure lanolin, get lansinoh nipple cream for breastfeeding mothers. Does the same job. Tear will be gone tomorrow. More lube next time gorgeous!!!!! Xx

Small amounts of sudocrem each time you go to the loo (too much and the wound gets soggy and won't heal) and get wet wipes to clean the area gentle after each bowel movement. Lots of fluids and fruit to avoid constipation or that won't help matters! And paracetamol and if you are ok to take them ibuprofen too to help with swelling

Warm salt bath to clean area.

Air dry. Dab a small amount of Sudocream to the area.

Painkillers of ur choice for the pain.

Next time u try anal, go slow, lots of lube and patience. Miss C. Xx

I was going to say this. I have one that required stitches and still has never really healed properly... And I got a nasty infection at the time x
