No offence to you mate but women here (in my opinion) arent going to be interested in a really young, immature lad who cant even keep his own age straight in his head

How can someone mistake 18 for 20? The 1 is next to the 2, granted, but not the 8 and 0? Unless you have thick fingers? In which case, some women may like.
