I know this site is for swingers and not for people looking for dates so is it wrong of me to like the look of a potential meet before agreeing to meet? For me there has to he some mutual attraction for it to work.

Am I alone in being a fussy old bigger?

I prefer to see faces too, often it's like an identikit mental image from an eye, a mouth and the profile rendered a bit fuzzy...

OP it's not unreasonable to want to see what people look like at all

If they don't want to show themselves then I don't take it any further,although I've found that most people have no issues with sending a couple of pics,I'm also happy to send ours too

It is very difficult to say to somebody that they're not my type but better on here than having an awkward meeting with no connection at all. I know you can't tell what somebody is like from a pic but it does help, so please don't get the hump if I say that to you. We all like different things and that's how it should be. Oh what a boring world it would be otherwise

I have to see a face pic before agreeing to a meet! Couldn't go blind other half arranged a meet for us once where i was blindfolded on the bed and he and a single guy didnt speak just touched me and played with me and although it was horny i really wished i left the blindfold on till the guy left! Needless to say ian got a right earful and i wouldn't do that again lol

There has to be mutual attraction and I always attach a face pic if I send a message to someone. Why waste your time if neither of you are attracted to the other. It makes no sense. I understand people want to be discrete but I wouldn't give my contact details or exchange messages with someone who I've never seen.

I like to see who I am talking to. There is a lot of bad talking about guys with loads of cock pics but there are a lot of ladies on here with nothing but cleavage shots. ..but that is more acceptable?

I want the whole package (no pun intended). I want to imagine the smile behind the message..the eyes lighting up...you know, the first bits you notice when you meet someone

Totally agree with you, face pics are vital. Also the bit about guys smiling too. My Mrs isn't interested in cock size, body shape etc, but she insists on someone looking like a nice, kind, friendly person. Last week the male half of the couple sent us some face pics, the picture he sent back looked like something off of crime stoppers, i explained that Cho Cho really likes a smiling pic and asked him to send one (it doesnt have to be a naughty one) and he sent another one with a face like a smacked arse. I showed it to Cho Cho and I'll leave you guys to guess what her decision was!

I actually prefer to chat a bit online before getting a photo, so that I can get a feel for someone's personality before being swayed by a picture. I would never meet anyone without seeing their face photo first though.

I'm in total agreement with what your all saying but..... and it is a but, it's very true (like me infact sincerely) not everyone is photogenic.

I can only think of a dozen snaps mine ,family's, friends etc where I think 'you don't look bad there mate' where as loads I'm like 'shit !'

It's an old cliché but I stand by more pleasing to the eye ???

I've got one in my friends gallery, however if someone messages me initially and expects any form of reply, then they need to send a face pic. That's my rules. I don't need to make one visible as the hundreds of messages I get a day says this isn't necessary. If someone doesn't like this or thinks it's hypocritical, then tough titty - go message someone else.
