Being 51

I recently turned 51! looking at peoples profiles I am feeling I am over the hill but I am not. So many profiles saying age range up to 50. Yes I know I have to deal with this. One year should not make that much of a difference should it!

When you search tick the box that says "I meet their age requirements too" then you'll never see profiles you're too old for.

We had our limit at 50, then saw a very nice looking 51 year old, and that's why our limit is now 51 haha

Your right, if someone is attracted to older men they could slip though the net as to me 50 is no different to 51. I love an older man, and have set mine at 60, I very much doubt at 60 I'd me interested in them but some men age so well, I've kept my options open.

I have an admirer who is 60. I've been meeting him for about eight years and I still love being with him. He loves being with me too

Some people look old at 60. Some look a lot younger than their age.

55 seems to be another 'cut off' point, and I've just hit 56. Thing is, I refuse to lie about my age as I know a lot of people do. Anyway, I have with people who have set their limit lower but after social meets have gone over it.

Quite a few straight friends said it's only a number (I'm 63) so I said yes but it's a high number.

Although I'm told I look a lot younger than the high number

My age limit is up to 60... I prefer older men.

I've yet to meet a 60 year old who floats my boat, but options open and all that.

I used to only meet younger men, way younger, then Mr slipped through the nets at 51, and we have been a couple ever since. I have seen the light and no longer meet younger guys ..... alone or with him. I would always go for older guys, and women, being one myself.
