If a lady you fancied and had chatted too at a club turned up at your gym how would you react?

It happened to me this morning

Run around the gym with my eyes popping back and forth on stalks, and tongue rolling in and out like a party trumpet, then drink a vase of water down in one go causing steam to come out of my ears.

Keep it discrete is my recommendation. Just make eye contact and if she reacts we'll take it further but I wouldn't mention this place until you're sure she's into you

She didn't see me this morning. I agree. What I wonder is if even a cheeky smile and wave will be too much. It's the potentially uncomfortable cross over of swing world to real world that might be uncomfortable.

I have crossed paths with a few real world acquaintances in clubs. Never this way round.

Want her to not feel compromised in any way.

Say a friendly hello, perhaps let her know you'd like to chat some more, but otherwise leave it at that. Gyms and clubs are two very different places, and I suspect she'd like to keep her business in either separate.

I'd be honest and gentlemanly. Approach her with a friendly smile, explain that you've bumped into each other at a club before but its not a big deal to you and you won't mention it to anyone... but offer her the chance to say whether its a big deal to her and, if so, arrange some way that you can avoid bumping into each other.

I'd be interested to hear if people disagree with this approach as that's what I'd do... but I could be completely mistaken

Smile, say "hello" and leave it there. She will let you know if she wants to take things further in any way and that includes just polite acquaintance.

Why do you need to do anything , carry on as if you haven't met before , if she wants to make the first move and say hi then fine but never put her under any pressure.
