well after a long time and in the past frowning upon such people and _iewing them as miserable old sods....I now feel their pain and seem to have landed on planet 'same old' where all the forum threads are the same old tat, lots of pictures are testing the gag reflexes and it just feels like a dusty old working men's club...

So as I get the bog standard...

Take a break...

I shall recommend a place that seems to be doing what this site tries to...pof...

Anyway - back to the OP.

If you're having better luck on POF then all is good. Same with anyone. If the site works for you - great! If it doesn't and something else does? It makes sense to concentrate your efforts there.

There are always far more posts in the forums from people saying something else gives them better results than Fab than there are posts proclaiming successes. I guess it's like anything - people tend to complain more than they do praise - be it good service vs bad, happiness with a product vs disappointment.

Nobody has to be here, use the site or continue using it if it's not producing the desired result. Why carry on an approach that yields poorer results than an alternative?

So if POF is more fruitful - for dating purposes or just a casual bunk up - then all is good.
