London

Went to the beach today (hark at her) and saw a woman snorkeling with a poodle on her back.

Just sat there, riding along, casual as you like.

Outside the surrealism of sex, what unusual goings on have you seen?

A few months back in Camden we saw a woman drinking coffee with a man outside a bistro with her cockatiel on a lead attached to her wrist, as you do.

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

Quite late in the evening we were driving along a road and saw a cat by a pedestrian corssing.....our light changed to red and we stopped......the cat crossed the road slowly and sedately....and then we carried on our way - we still can't work out who pressed the button for the cat or why he had decided to use pedestrian crossings (other than the safety aspect)

We do not drink alcohol and both saw exactly the same thing.

Theories range from ghost cat and woman (we did not see ghost woman), someone did it for a giggle but was very stealthy as it was a clear road and we saw no one, something spookier but yet unsuggested

I'm 99% sure I saw a cougar (the big cat variety!) or something very similar in Burnham Beeches woods a few years ago.

A big black cat, it certainly wasn't a domestic cat (too big) and not a dog.

I believe you.....I love big cat sightings and always get really excited....not so happy when the marksmen go looking though so I prefer when people who see them are patted on the head and sent on their way - that way the cats can safely roam without fear of being darted in the backside

Menston near Ilkley

A man getting out of his boat just north of Acapulco, standing on a whale and scrubbing of the barnacles with a deckscrubber. Whilst the rest of the pod queued up for their turn.

I once saw about 30 brand-new Google street view cars (you know, the ones that record the roads for Google) in a hotel parking lot in the Midlands. They must have been having a convention but it was strange.

I took pics, naturally...kinda postmodern if you think about it - taking pictures of cars that only exist to take pictures...

I remember when I was very little a neighbour walking his lion and lioness... Very soon after that memory he had to get rid of them due to the law change but I also remember the sign on the door said "beware of cats" with a photo of the lion x

There is a guy that walks past my house everyday with very strange clothes on and he ALWAYS has different flags around his waist. It's like a skirt.

Seen something similar walking past a coffee shop where I live. They allow dogs in and one day walking past there was a women with a parrot stood on her wrist.

Maybe it's the new thing nowadays.

The geese round here use zebra and pelican crossings. Always makes me smile to see mummy and daddy goose with a trail of goslings use the crossing near my house.

Hey, at least they're teaching their kids road safety

Glastonbury

How much time do you have?

* I've payed in a life-sized game of mousetrap

* I've seen a paddle steamer in the middle of the desert

* I once found a fire hydrant - the type you see in NYC - in the middle of the desert pissing out water. I cycled round the thing 5 times to check I wasn't dreaming. Coulbn't work out how they did it, so took a photo and drove off...

I once saw a guy sat on an office chair, chatting on a mobile phone with his feet up on a desk. Not that surreal until I add that the flat bed lorry was stacked with office furniture and being driven around Beijing's 2nd ring-road.
