Reading

Recently a couple (think they were but not sure)said there wasn't a spark from one photo. How can you possibly judge from one photo. We always go for personality. The best couples we have been with have never really had great photos and the ones with great photos are usually rude and up there own arse.

Guess it is a good way to filter out the shallow couples so we can concentrate on those who love the fun side of things. What do you think?

Maybe they just didn't like the look of you ?

Personally if look at someones photo, and for whatever reason, don't like their appearance, then that's it - over before it began. They could have the best personality in the world, but if we don't like the look of them, we ain't gonna shag them, end of story,

Its just down to personal choice I guess... I can look at a photo and think hmmm no way.. if I cant get even a feeling to want someone then I wouldnt bother going further.

There will be plenty of couples that will like your photos.. so dont worry about those that dont.. move on..

There are plenty of single guys that I think the same about ( we dont play with couples)

We seriuosly doubt we'd have met anyone if we judged someone on one photo.

There are some couples who look good in some photos and absolutely terrible in others. We have met gorgeous looking couples in clubs and then seen there photo on a profile and thought "oh dear me no".

The point is that camera's lie horribly and you shouldn't trust them.

Photos are a guide, and if a person falls at that basic guide - then c'est la vie!

I think it's unfair to say someone is shallow because they don't find you sexually attractive - it's all about preferences.

I've met many drop dead gorgeous men from their photos and I've not wanted to play with them, even though some have had great personalities: it is about chemistry.

Don't get hung up on those that don't want to play with you, when there are many more that do.

Sometimes cameras lie the other way too. We've seen some photos of people then when we seem them in the flesh .......

The profile quote is about something else entirely - it's about the number of couples who just want a single woman and can't find one so go for couples and attempt to cut out the guy. We come as a pair - end of story.

Most people like the photo we send so that's not an issue. We don't have a problem with people, it's just that we personally don't judge from a single photo. We like to find out more and chat in order to find our it they are fun and social.

Personality can affect how attractive on unattractive someone is.

Well call me shallow, but I can look at a single photo and sometimes know instantly I am not and never will be sexually interested in the person/people. I also accept because I sometimes do it, then it is likely someone will do it to me sometime.... without it making them shallow or up their own arse.... they just know their own mind.

I can pretty much tell from a first PM too but generally from the content rather than the pics. I'm uber fussy though so I guess that narrows it down for me. I can look at photo and tell you instantly whether I fancy someone or not. I don't imagine that's really very unusual. I don't think it shallow, either you fancy someone or you don't.

Well my pics are me thats why i go on my cam let everyone see me. I really think its the best way to get a feel of a person before you meet. Mailing is good and phone and clubing is best for meeting loads together and seeing if you click .One pic in a profile is not alot to go on really. jo xx

From experience we have found most couples we have met look better in real life and it is for that reason alone that we don't make a decision on the photo alone.

Our best two recent meets were done without photos - yes we were lucky - but it added a different excitement.

I'm still recovering from watching you on cam last week! I can confirm I want to get a feel for Jo, so it defo works!

As for photos that have a spark. I would urge anyone seeing sparks on a photo to turn off their monitor immediately and report it to your tech support.

Its just one of the downsides of trying to make a connection over the internets - it can be difficult to get your best side to come across sometimes.

I'm sure we've all experienced people who wouldnt give us the time of day on here, but meet them in person at a social, party, or club and you hit it off straight away - thats just life I guess.

This is an imperfect medium, but its the best we've got

We would usually say exactly the same when someone contacts us and they only have one picture.

If someone contacts us we presume they want us to look at thier profile and see if there is a kindred spark, whatever is on thier profile is what we have to go on and if they choose to put one photograph that is quite rightly thier choice but that and the written text is all we have to decide if there is a spark or not, we are certainly not going to ask them to put more pictures on thier profile that is for them to decide not us.

I must say I took more notice of them when we first started swinging and J had to persuade me on some. However, after many meets I now know that it is only when you actually meet that you can really see a person as they are and feel some kind of affinity - I don't think it has to be attraction. So I am more open minded now. As long as peeps are reasonably easy on the eye to both of us it's ok for us.
