I feel for you.

Delayed ejactulation is the rarest form of erectile dysfunction, (even though it doesn't mean you can't get an erection!)

Sadly it's also the most difficult to 'cure', as it's a psychological condition. There is nothing 'wrong' with you, and there are steps which can be taken to make you feel more relaxed about ejaculating with someone else.

Accepting and beginning to understand the problem early is key.

Google delayed ejactulation and there are a great many sites with helpful tips. Nothing is instant and nothing is guaranteed to help, however.

I know this from having a former partner with lifelong DE.

Do you just take a long time to cum....or are you unable to cum regardless?

The first could be seen as a blessing...and if you accept it as such, you will be more relaxed, and the second will happen less often if at all....

I think you could be right, as a teenager I was scared of I ever cum first and spoil the others orgasm always remember being told' you mustn't cum first', and so I Have always held back. The only time I cum is when I am wanking by myself and cannot get caught so I am not feeling guilty. Now how do I go about rectifying this?

I have a similar problem. Not all the time, but more often than not. It probably is psychological, the more you think about it, the less it is likely to happen.

I just explain it to whoever my partner is and enjoy pleasuring them. I have learnt to accept it happens and just enjoy the physical act of fucking. It no longer bothers me and I get complimented on my stamina, although I do need to rest occasionally!

I also have the same problem with a bj. Very, very rarely makes me cum. But when I do...wow!

Some guys just take longer, i have never been quick to cum and can be over 1hr at least. I've always been like that so I don't worry about it. It happens when it's ready.

Think you are all right. Since my teens, I was taught that the lady has to cum first so I always have held back, which has always given me a guilty feeling if I did cum too soon. When I wank in private I don't have that problem and Cumming is easy. Now to find ways to try and rectify it
