Ive used various ones the best I found was a large o ring for some sort of piping that seemed to be a perfect fit. Only thing as u said it dose slightly hinder cumming still the same sensation if not better but didn't seem to shoot as much and found if I used it too often that my cock didn't get as hard with out it
