I'd imagine truckers park up to break, car drivers pull over to stretch. You might find a bacon sarnie van in some.

Maybe have a cuppa while resting? Even a bacon butty if there is a burger van there.( assuming they sell bacon butties and not just burgers of course , otherwise change bacon butty for a burger )
