It depends how blatant the pics are are how heavily biased in favour of the female over the male. I have a couple in my private gallery but no distinguishing features.

As someone else has said, a lot of people have action shots, there are many 'single' females giving a blow job for example, or couples engaged in threesomes or foursomes.

The problem I have is where the pic is dominated by the other person, and where the person whose profile it is has their features hidden but not the innocent third party!

I have a couple on my single girl profile for friends only. My main rule (after I've checked it's OK with the other party/parties obviously) tends to be that there should be way more of me in shot than the other person since it's my profile. The only times it bothers me (and this applies to single men, women & couples) is when they don't hide the others persons face etc properly. Yet they do their own!

Or when the profile owner is not the main focus of the pic.

Lots of couples and single women's profile display pics taken with others. It's not just single men who do it.

My concern was...were the females aware? Especially as from some pics they were recognisable.

But each to their own, I guess.

Perhaps they use them as another type of verification?

Agree entirely. There is no way on fab that anyone other than the poster can confirm their permission for their face to be shown. This means that the poster is sailing very close to breaking the law which in turn puts the whole of the site at risk.

I don't think it does any harm, thou when they have them as the avatar pic it can get confusing. providing they have some of just them we don't have a problem. We use action shoots as a good indication if they use condoms, one guy we saw had different action shots with different women all bare back. If it's the woman in the pics profile there is no problem from me,as long as the men can't be identified. It's when the profile subject is barely visible that I have issues.
