ahh the elusive Boobgasm. Some women can some cant. From my experience the key is varying the stimulation, sucking, nipple, pulling etc, and not restricting it to the nipple alone - the whole breast needs stimulating, stroking, squeezing etc.

Have frequently found that the sensitivity gets so much that most girls have to stop and continue to orgasm by other means . However for those that are brave enough to push through the sensitivity barrier the orgasm can be amazing
