Or total silence so you can concentrate?

Prefer none. Been to a few clubs that love to put some mood music on but don't find it contributes much.

Interesting suggestions. I wondered if men would tend to say they were more into visual aids when playing alone and that the ladies would go for the atmospherics of sound, warmth and aroma. But then its naughty to play alone isn't it..lol
