Why is it that people on here and in the scene seem to lose their sense manners in replying to messages. Even a 'thanks but n thanks' is courtesy.

Whilst I could imagine that a single female or couple may get inundated with messages, a one liner response would be appreciated and might even reduce any further nuisance messages.

We are all here for fun, replies are just polite.

When you get a flyer from a Pizza shop posted through your door, do you ring them up and say 'thanks but no thanks?'

So you reply thanks but no thanks then get abuse hurled at you (yes, it happens) Treat a no reply as a no thanks and your time on this site will be less frustrating.

Maybe fab could help by having a few auto replies already typed out that people could tick to make it quick to reply

We refuse to reply to people who either ignore, of just fail to read, our profile.

We make it perfectly clear what we are looking for in our profile so don't feel bad about ignoring those who have ignored us by not bothering to read it!

To everyone else, if we have ignored you then it was in error so please message again.

If you sent 10 messages a day to people, would you rather log onto the same amount of no thanks messages? What a waste of time reading all them!!
