I had some ignorant pig on Saturday. Hubby and I were on the dance floor enjoying each others company when this boy, who looked about 20, sidled up behind me and started grouping me.

We were at a local club a few years ago & there was this Asian couple there. The female was absolutely stunning & dressed in some tiny lingerie.

Once at a club with a fb we were approached by a couple who we went to a private room with. The woman barely spoke and it became obvious she wasn't enjoying herself. We made a swift exit and found them arguing in the changing room soon after.

That made me cringe I'm sure she was being pressurised into playing which isn't cool

The thing that made me personally cringe and feel uncomfortable was once when sitting at the bar of a club the owner was trying to get me together with the guy sitting next to me.

He was laying it on thick and I felt very uncomfortable as I wasn't even attracted to the man and quite able enough to find my own men. Felt like I was being pimped out so the punters got their monies worth. Let's say I won't be going back

Personally I've never been to a club (always wanted to)

But after reading these I don't think I ever will.

Don't get me wrong I love meeting and having a chat with anyone regardless of gender or gender attraction.

Obviously as a single guy it's difficult but there's no way I could be in the company or vicinity of pushy people or people being rude in general!

Some of these stories are quite funny but just don't think the club scene will be for me.

Given the situation they're discussing is the silent horde of men following women I'd say yes if you decide you're going to follow someone around the onus is on you to speak/make contact/ ascertain that following them around is acceptable. Not for them to have to tell you.

Socials/parties/special events can be good fun and a laugh as it's a more normal social atmosphere. Regular nights can be a bit grim though as the silent staring awkward groups of blokes just ruin the atmosphere.

There is always an exception, i have seen groups of men follow women into the glory holes rooms, no conversation, and then the guys and woman get to have annonymous fun without any verbal interaction. So again depends on the situation really, nothing is ever as clear cut as you make out.
