And in this case...

Any surgery done for illness and medical reasons is vitally important for the person involved.

I don't want to sound too flippant over such a serious issue.

And if this surgery helps make them feel better again in themselves then amazing.

Back to the OP.

For me natural is always the better choice.

Boobs look amazing false or natural but if I have the opportunity to get my hands on them

Then I would always prefer the natural feel, touched and movement of natural boobs.

Everyone has their reasons for wanting natural or false.

And for every one person who likes one, you will find someone else who prefers the other.

Each to their own and just because I have a preference to natural, does not have any effect on me either chatting to someone on Fab or meeting in person.

It would be very shallow of me to say...

This is interesting as I'm just about to meet with a surgeon about getting a boob lift and implant.

I've hated my deflated breasts for over 20 years, ever since they grew. I have no confidence in getting them out even in front of my incredible partner. He loves them but I hide them.

We have the chance for me to get them done and I'm going to go for it. It's not out of vanity or for a medical reason but purely for my own confidence.

I agree with all the mature people on here that say if the woman is happy in her body, then they are happy too.

No person will be able to refuse to meet me because of them because I won't tell them in a conversation. Why would I? They are private...

Personally, I just love women. Boobs are just a one fantastic asset amongst many, no matter what size, colour or flavour they are.

I had mine done 2 years ago because they were horrible, saggy, empty sacks from breastfeeding. I never even used to let my husband see them because I hated them so much. Having a boob job was the best decision I ever made. It hasn't made me ridiculously confident but I'm happy for people to see them now.

I'd definitely go for it and have them done if it will make you feel better and give you more confidence x

I guess if someone is not happy with their natural breasts though and it hinders them in any way then have the procedure. I know if I could pay a couple of grand and have a knob half way down my thigh I would be under anaesthetic right now! Anyway the reason for quoting the comment...with an ass like that, you have nothing to worry about, that would be getting my full attention.

There are breast implants these days that doesn't even look or feel fake. U can choose what kind of look u want. I just had my done and they dont even look or feel fake at all because I wanted them to look natural. I am under a healing process now for a couple of weeks. I had mine done because after breast feeding three children they lost their shape and I am only doing it for me, not for my husband or anyone else. I am not lucky to be that woman who is born with natural beautiful full breasts. They have done their job to produce milk for our newborns and now they belong to me again lol

I had boobs and periods when I was 9 so I wasn't old enough to choose

Do you suffer with your breasts or just feel they are too large for your frame if you don't mid me asking? Some women have said they get back pain but I have never suffered personally xx

I know a woman with "big fake boobs".She had them done after having her kids.They'd gone a bit saggy and she didn't like the way they were.

They are great

and her nipples are still sensitive so it's all good

I was same puberty hit very early I was a DD cup by age 11 after my first day at comprehensive school the lads certainly came a calling, and my dad threatened to home school me lol

People alter their physical appearance in loads of different ways from dying hair a different colour, going to the gym to enhance their appearance, having tattoos and body piercings none of which they were naturally born with so why not?
