If you haven't been in contact with a fwb for a couple of years. Is it worth getting back in contact? Or move on?

What's the harm in asking, worst case is she says no and you just move on. At least you won't have to pussyfoot around talking about sex if you two already know each other inside out. Go for it

One of my closest friends started out as a meet from here. We no longer play but I would give her the shirt off my back if she needed it.

She wants a relationship but I don't love her. Just sex, which is why I've kept it as fwb. But being single and not getting sex, is it worth going back?

Misleading her is the wrong thing to do. Be honest with her and let her decide. Thinking with your penis isn't always a good idea.

Honestly seems a little selfish of you. If you value her as a person just stay away!

This, don't lead her on if she wants more.
