You can get condoms made from various materials now mate. Easy to find and buy. It's a big market so lots of choice for you.

I'm sure that in an ideal world. Where disease and infections don't exist and pregnancy can be avoided just by crossing your fingers during sex. Everyone would "prefer" to not use condoms, unfortunately this ideal world doesn't exist which is why condoms do.

Maybe because of his use of punctuation but people are too quick to judge. I bet if you did a questionaire aimed at 30-50 year olds the majority wouldn't know you could be allergic to latex, or that there were none latex condoms. You need to remember just because you have the knowledge NOT everyone else does.

I have a problem with the lube/spermicide on certain condoms. Solution: I always carry my own just in case.

Skyns are the most common latex free brand and many family planning clinics will supply them if requested. They often have stocks of large ones too for the guys who are supposedly too big...

There are non latex condoms, even durex makes some, another option is the female condom which is made from an entirely different material, or another option to throw out there is lambskin condoms (actually made from intestines, don't worry, they're not woolly )

Apparently the oldest Surviving condom is from the 1640s but they have been used for centuries.

And as it says in the article, they do protect against most STDs. I've never tried them, but apparently they feel much better, and never break, unlike "regular" condoms.

One of my friends brought sheep intestine condoms to a meet once,it fell to pieces almost straight away and apparently they cost a fortune

We carried on with my latex free ones

It wasn't until I read about them afterwards that I realised they don't protect as well as a regular condom
