Nipples

For the last decade my nipples have been like bullets 95% of the time. This past week or so they have been smooth to touch before becoming bullet like.

They are lovely to touch and still sensitive. Just surprised at the change.

Speaking of the change, I'm approaching menopause and blame that.

Can anyone else offer theories?

Menapause can do that. But so can other things. Any other changes to your breasts . Aches. Pains. Colour change ?
