we booked a travelodge in barking east london. on this wednesday 27th october. our daughter has to go hospital on tuesday which got appointment after we booked. WE ARE WILLING TO GIVE AWAY THIS HOTELROOM TO ONE OF OUR FRIENDS WHO LIKE US CANNOT ACCOMADATE. OR WHO WOOD LIKE TO HAVE A NIGHT AWAY. Can you not cancel as I thought you could up to 12 the day before.

I have booked a travellodge and booked online and only option was to pay immediately. You can do it I think to pay when you get there but it will cost more no doubt and to have the option of cancelling then it is a higher price x

nooo wen we booked i dint tick da &1.50 cancellation insurance box. paid with card so no refund.
