If I feed Mr C with pineapple for a few days his cum definitely tastes sweeter. I'll swallow it when he hasn't eaten pineapple, but it's much nicer when he has.

Lots of water, pineapple and other citrus fruits, add cinnamon to things, there's more but I can't remember.

If you want to prepare to give someone a sweet load, avoid red meat a few days before, onions, garlic, curry and other strong tasting foods.
