what does amp meet on peeps profiles.it just seems to pop up that word n cant think what it means?

It seems to be a bug when typing some text on profiles etc.

ampersand (&) shortened to amp.

it's used a lot in programming and the stuff behind websites, they can cause problems to the coding if used in some places.

When you see them, people probably use a word processor to write their profiles, so spelling is good, then copy and paste and it not pasted properly hence the 'amp'

It's just a bug in the script which creates the html from what you type in the box.
