It's a sponge tampon that you push up inside yourself. They are specially designed to be worn during sex and guys are not supposed to be able to feel them. They are tricky to get out though because guys push them high inside and you have to dig your fingers deep to find the loop and pull them out. They say you can wear them up to eight hours but from experience they don't last that long and in my case they stopped most of the flow but not all

Ive never understood what the issue is with period sex, girls expect guys to not want to go near them when theyre on, but how messed up is that, you have this natural cycle that happens once a month and you feel totally undesirable every time?? My OH is beautiful 365 and there's no way id turn her down, any 'mess' is mostly negligible anyway.
