We have been let down for a meet again.

This is a touchy subject, we know, so this is a hypothetical question only -

To draw up an unofficial list of those persons that arrange to meet you and then drop contact, dont turn up, make silly excuses or just watse time and then make that list available to people that are genuine on here?

Remember this is a hypothetical question! lol

Why?

Could be a genuine reason why a meet has been cancelled.

They have told you they cant meet so cant see what the problem is,if they just didnt turn up then then yes that would be annoying.

reading some of the replies posted here has cheered us up no end, thanks. We know we should be used to it by now but hey, we're sensitive lol

you always get the time wasters, maybe stick to people with a few verifications or use the socials etc to meet people and arrange for the future

Maybe you could try meeting folks that are verified.

Its just possible the daft "add this to your message" bit on your profile to prove folks have read it puts the genuine people off.

just put it down to experience, make a note and move on to the the next missed meet!!!

and every now and then you find a real one.

I suggest you stuff it and put it on the wall as a trophy!

Oh, and on another note, I see that the OP's profile says they're not looking for single males... so am I right to assume that it was a couple or a single female who was a timewaster and let them down? I thought it was only single males that got tarred with that brush

why the

I see threads complaining about single males,females and couples all being tarred with the same brush,it has'nt been exclusive to single males as much as you seem to think it is

Out of all the meets ive had, ive only had 1 that constantly cancelled, so i blocked him

Its not that peeps dont turn up, as some have said the reason may be gen,its when after weeks of arranging and the meet is then cancelled, that they are "so sorry" they couldnt make it, but then never contact you again to arrange another!Your on the friends list have msn and chatted on the phone and then............... Not even a "hi" or a "we changed our minds not intersted anymore" or "we never intended meeting we are just time wasting wankers who get a kick out of this" ie pissing people off.
