Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

I love the mix between your user name and your quest to advertise your activities

I have heard a rumour that a chameleon is a signal but possibly even better than that is a sticker we saw on eBay a while ago that said 'I am a swinger'.......that could fit the bill for you maybe or something similar

Love it....Your username says that you are discreet, your heading says that you are discreet, your profile text says that you are discreet.....but you want a sticker to advertise that you are a swinger!

We purchased some off a well known auction site that are self cling so we can put them in the camper window if we want people to know and take them off if we dont.. come to think of it we have never taken them off and we have never had anyone ask what they are

So I take it then from this thread that a chameleon is the closest thing to an 'accepted' sign then?

You learn something new every day - never heard that before.

Still need to exercise caution I guess, I'm sure loads of people are unaware and sport chameleon logos for all sorts of innocent reasons unaware of the signals they're sending to those 'in the know'?

Out of interest how many people would think twice before meeting somebody who was keen to advertise that they were a swinger?

I'm not aware that it's a sign of a swinger. My wife and I have matching chameleons. They are the chameleons swing club logo which we got to remind us of our naughty secret.

Many years ago, we had an office Christmas party. I was new in the job at the time when I noticed my boss' dress was revealing a queen of spade on her lower back. I left the job after we had a torrid 7 months relationship. of all the swinging signs, I only recognise queen of spade, ankle chains, and toe rings . Even when I'm in a club I look for them

I've heard that a face tattoo that says "SWINGER" is a sign, but that might just be a myth

I've heard of the Queen of Spades (BBC lover) and ankle chain on left ankle (Hot wife?) not heard of the toe ring? What does that signify any special niche like the other two or just a swinger?

Intertwined circles (four in a row - not the five Olympic Rings) don't mean swinger Steve - that's the universal 'wanker' sign!

You're right about the sliver fish logo though. People who drive cars with those on are filthy deviants who's mantra is 'oh god!'

Has anyone spotted anyone out and about and tried to start a conversation on the basis of the signals being sent?

Queen of Spades sounds pretty unambiguous? You wouldn't get that sort of tattoo / jewellery without knowing what it meant. Ankle bracelets and toe rings on the other hand ....

You'd have to be very tactful - could end up fantastically or horribly depending on whether they're trying to send a signal or not?

Well the rule is when you spot the sign, come and engage a polite conversation and see how it goes. You can be black and approach a queen of spade, if she doesn't fancy you she will decline it. Displaying queen of spade doesn't mean they will shag any black men. There has to be attraction. The sign only indicate their preferences. Plenty of queen of spades also play with white men (most of them are marked or partners to them). Confused yet mate? women eh?

Yeah.... I have met a shit ton of people who have the ace of spades tattoo, without the Q, but otherwise the same.

I mean I'm pretty far removed from that whole QOS scene, but I'm not sure basing opinions in everyday life, on things contained within a group is wise.

We have the inter-twinned blue & pink circles sticker to put in and out of our caravan window as we want... But we also have a oval sticker, just like a GB sticker, but with FAB lettering, thats on the back of the caravan all the time.
