Meet was arranged a week in advance. All vibes correct. Number and address secured. An hour to meeting time, she declares, "i am going out at 9 with my gf". "Friday is the only free time i have."..

She turns around and calls me a timewaster!!

I have a funny feeling she's been meeting desperate guys who bend over backwards to please her.

My meet arranged for tonight who was here and all well this morning went UNLOS by the time I got home from work this evening. Shame I'm not in Swindon pmsl. Turned down a regular for him too.....

A social meet of mine contacted me an hour before the meet saying he had been knocked off his bike and was in A&E with a broken wrist and dislocated shoulder, not on site for over 4 weeks but now status showing as now back on shore

and this site id full of timewasters

We'd done the same turned down a guy to meet someone else, all was well all day up until the hour before he was sposed to arrive, 2hours after he was sposed to have turned up we were blocked..

erm yeah this person thought it was a month early for a meet at a social even pmed the organisers until got a message saying i was a month early

I find honesty us the best policy with this place, I've been totally uiofront with meets about my nerves its aslwasys well discussed. Can't understand the mentality of those who bail without a word, obviously enjoiy the thrill of the chase

Could not agree more.. Had a couple meet arranged.. Confirmed Tuesday for Wednesday then we messaged wed morn to check all ok.. Heard nothing since and they blocked us.. Why.. Just a simple changed our mind would do.... Live and learn x

I have had the car broken down, car accident, went to the wrong place and so on.

The best one was I arranged to meet a single female about an hour drive away from me, meeting was in Costa in a small shopping centre. I was there on time, no sign of her so messaged her a few times but no reply. I gave her about 45 minutes and eventually gave up.

She eventually replied to say she was in Costa but didn't see me, which she wasn't, but she bumped into an old friend and shagged him instead.

Thanks for wasting an afternoon of my time!

I have to say.... If I had arranged to meet someone (although I tend to meet at clubs these days) and a real life girlfriend wanted to meet up I'd probably dump the fab meet and go out with friends. But I would be honest about it with as much notice as possible and try to rearrange if both still wanted.

He messaged me in the morning, and said he had a better offer for the evening but could i meet him the next night? You can probably guess the response... lol

in 8 years onm here i have 2 meets with no shows

one was as he couldn't be arsed to say he was still at work

and the other

was as he was skint for a hotel and didn't have the guts to tell me
