I have taken the head of my cock in my mouth on a few occasions, although it takes me a few days of limbering up (exercises) and practicing to get it that far. I found a pillow or 2 under the back of my head helped a lot. It's been a few years since I last tried but I enjoyed it last time so should really start practising again

I used to be able to suck my self. It takes quite a lot of exercises to get yourself supple enough but if you get out of the routine of doing them you stiffen up and stop being able to do it.
