Congenital abnormality, or testosterone overload from steroids usually. Pumps only cause a fleeting increase in size

Some people are born with larger clits. Like some men are born with bigger penises. Some people are transgender and have had hormones and surgery to release the tendons and make them longer. Some people use pumps. Some people have misused steroids.
